To offer yourself a retreat gives your mind, body and soul a chance to stop, recharge and regain balance. As the pressures of modern-day-life and pressures of work and family life increase so does the pace of life. Whether climbing the corporate ladder, running a family or in many cases doing both at the same time everybody needs time for themselves. Sometimes just simply “getting away from it all” is enough.
We proudly offer two and four day retreats and can certainly extend your days as personally required. We can also look after your accommodation requirements, as part of your package you are booked into the Novotel Melbourne St Kilda (just minutes away from Spa Dreamtime) for the ultimate getaway.
