Utilising hot basalt stones & cold marble stones in various shapes and sizes placed on different points of the body, charkas, energy points & sore muscles. Whilst placement of these stones are warming & activating specific areas your therapist will take several other heated stones & begin massaging your body the heat is released deep into the muscles greatly enhancing your massage. Therapeutic Massage

With the assistance of “Silver Clove” this magical therapeutic grade heating/cooling balm delivers deep tissue relief as it has been tailored to ease tension. Cupping Therapy

An ancient art this massage modality coming far back from China to Egypt and Greece. It creates suction (vacuum) and negative pressure. Cupping is used to drain excess fluids, toxins, loosens adhesions and lifts connective tissue bringing blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles.
