Booking an appointment

Spa Dreamtime enjoys a high occupancy through out the year. We highly recommend you pre book your Spa Treatments in advance. All reservations will only be guaranteed with a valid credit card number, please have your credit card available when you make your reservation.

Redeeming a Gift Certificate

We ask you have your Gift Certificate available at the time of your reservation and when arriving to the Spa. As there are limited reservation allocations daily available for redemptions we ask you have two preferred time preferences and please allow 4 to 5 weeks in advance for a week end reservation.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available for all Spa Treatments. Our Gift Certificates can be purchased in our Spa Boutique, On Line, over the phone and we can e mail or post to your preferred address and are valid for 6 months.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Gift certificates are redeemable for Spa Treatments only.
• Gift certificates are strictly valid until the expiry date.
• Gift certificates are non refundable.

As we experience high occupancy on week ends there may be a 4-6 week advance booking required for a week end reservation. Please have two preferred times so we may ensure to allocate a time preferred by you.

When should I arrive for my reservation?

Spa Dreamtime recommends that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time. This allows you to relax complete your consultation card and enjoy a herbal tea in our Day Dreaming Room with stunning Bay Views also to be greeted by your host and be totally relaxed for your Spa journey.

In the event I am late for my reservation?

A late arrival will unfortunately reduce your treatment time, please plan your time to ensure you arrive on time to experience the pure luxury of you Spa treatment.

What should I bring with me?

Please wear comfortable clothing for your Spa visit. During your treatment you are supplied with disposable underwear, robe and slippers and our therapists are trained to drape you for comfort and privacy through out your treatment. Your personal belongings can be stored in a private locker. Please bring your swim wear to be worn within a Spa or Steam treatment. We will of course supply you with toiletries and hairdryers. We suggest that you leave your valuables at home as we can not take responsibility for valuables un attended.

What if I have a health concern, allergies or pregnant?

If you have any health concerns or allergies please notify us at the time of your reservation including colds, flu allergies ect… If you are pregnant please ensure you inform us as we have designed treatments that are safe for you to enjoy after 12 weeks of your pregnancy.

How do I select a spa treatment?

We offer an extensive Spa Menu for you to relax, rejuvenate and nurture yourself. Our friendly
reception team are more than happy to assist you to ensure you select the treatment most beneficial and appealing to you.

Where do I park my car?

Parking is available at a charge on site at the St Kilda Sea Baths Complex. Please ensure you bring along change for your parking ticket.

What if I change or cancel my appointment?

We understand that life doesn’t run to plan at times and you may require to change or cancel your reservation. All we ask is that you provide us 24 hours notice. Cancelling without 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge and not showing for your reservation will incur a 100% charge.

Group bookings and Wedding Parties are catered for please call our Spa reception and our reception team will assist in customising a programme to suit your occasion.

A 10% Surcharge applies to Public Holidays.
Packages and Gift Certificates are non - transferable or refundable and redeemable for SpaTreatments only.
Gift certificates are strictly valid for 6 months.
